Royale Timeshare Resales does not handle the sale contract/ transfer or conveyancing for the purchasing of the advertised resort week/s, you and the current owner will need to organize this with the resort or related management company. Seller or Purchaser will need to arrange payment of all related transfer/ conveyancing and associated fees. (These are NOT included in owners advertised price)
